Valbelluna boasts a unique orographic situation, due to the Piave River’s preference to flow downwards from the Dolomites rather than heading directly south toward Venice, then suddenly veer southwest for some thirty kilometers, creating a large bend before heading back toward its natural destination.

From this whim the rare circumstance of a fertile valley where the sun accompanies the river from morning to evening. Which, together with the cool, breezy nights, causes the grapes to ripen with a wealth of aromas, the same aromas that are a surprising find in the Prosecco DOC Centore spumante, hints so crisp and recognizable on the palate that they leave even the least experienced palates amazed.

Prosecco Doc
Brut

The Vineyards
After the first Pedemontana toll plaza, you descend into a wide and fertile valley marked by the Piave River; here, on the traces of ancient crops, is the home of the vineyards from which the Prosecco Doc Centore spumante is made.

La Clera
Bred with the double invert system, its clusters grow rich and abundant among the valleys of Belluno. The climate affects wine production, giving the grapes an aroma with sustained acidity as long as the harvest lasts until the first fortnight of October.

Lo spumante
Prosecco Doc Centore has a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. Characterized by a fresh and fruity taste. Much more mineral, savory, and structured than others, it is a spumante with unique organoleptic qualities within its appellation, enhanced by the fine and persistent perlage.

The site of Casteldardo is immediately associated with the famous signal tower which, over time, has become its symbol.

Its construction is from the Roman period, while its inclusion within the castle (of which only traces and scant evidence remain) harks back to the Middle Ages. This ancient bulwark was the coat of arms of the municipality of Trichiana (now a hamlet of the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna), confirming the important defensive task carried out throughout the territory’s history.

Prosecco Rosé Doc Brut Millesimato

The Vineyards
Valbelluna is an area between the Belluno Prealps and the peaksof the
Dolomites. Here the vine finds its ideal environment thanks to
its perfect exposure to the sun’s rays, remarkable temperature ranges, and the Piave River, whose course irrigates the surrounding soils, creating an ideal, unique microclimate that contributes to imbuing the grapes with distinctive scents rich in aromaticity and minerality.

La Glera and Pinot Noir
The combination of these grapes gives rise to the Prosecco Doc Rosé Torre D’Ardo spumante.

Torre D’Ardo Doc Rosé Prosecco Spumante
Obtained from the separate vinification of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, re-fermented in autoclaves using the Charmat method for a minimum of 60 days.
