From one generation to the next
Since he was a teenager, Bernardo has been involved in the small family farm in Colbertaldo, where his father Giuliano produces Prosecco, and in 1983 he obtained his degree in Enology.
In the years that followed, his resourcefulness and intuition allowed him to progressively develop his business. At first, he embarked on the profession of intermediary in the wine sector and later created the CE.VI.V. company – an acronym for “Centro di Vinificazione Valdobbiadenese” – specializing in the winemaking process, while also continuing with investments on the agricultural side.
In fact, the common denominator of its growth is Prosecco: from the historic Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg, to the Asolo Prosecco Superiore Docg, as well as in the Prosecco Doc area. In particular, Bernardo was the first to invest in Belluno, a territory once dedicated to viticulture and which he believes is capable of guaranteeing a viable product.
