Asolo
A city with a hundred horizons according to Giosuè Carducci, rich in history, art, and culture. From the top of the hill overlooking the city rises the ancient military fortress now known as the Rocca, from which you can admire the entire surrounding landscape, from the Dolomite mountains to the plain and its hilly surroundings, which include the Asolani Hills and the Montello.
The landscape, characterized by harmonious slopes, includes rocks covered with a marly-clay-rich soil, thus contributing to a distinctive biodiversity. The wines, especially those from conglomerate and fertile soils, are characterized by intense floral and fruity aromas, accompanied by fresh acidity and structural elegance.
